Requirements

- Coordinate with the cross-functional departments to manage and facilitate daily operations of the delivery riders. Administer company property provided and ensure its return in good conditions.

- Provide daily/weekly report (whenever required) regarding the requirement of new hiring and replacements of delivery riders for particular fleet team.

- Bridging management and riders relations by addressing suggestions, demands, and other concerns through regular communications
