Lok Sewa Aayog Kathmandu Exam Center of Nayab Subba (NaSu) First Stage Written Examination: Key Information & Guidelines

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Kathmandu Office, is conducting the first stage written examination for the post of Nayab Subba and equivalent non-technical positions. This notice serves to inform the candidates about the examination's schedule, venue, and essential guidelines to ensure smooth conductance of the examination.

Examination Details

• Paper: General Knowledge & General Mental Ability Test
• Format: Objective (Multiple Choice Questions)
• Date and Time: 2080/05/02 at 11:00 AM
• Duration: 45 Minutes
• Location: Various places in Kathmandu Valley

Critical Guidelines for Candidates

1. The examination will proceed as scheduled unless notified otherwise by the Commission.
2. All candidates should strictly use only black ink during the examination.
3. Candidates from other examination centers will not be permitted to take the test at the Kathmandu center.
4. Candidates are prohibited from bringing bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices into the examination hall.
5. Candidates must present their admit card and arrive at least an hour prior to the start of the examination.
6. Along with the admit card, candidates must bring a government-issued identity document, including a photograph.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for Candidates

To ensure the safety and well-being of all candidates amidst the ongoing pandemic, the following safety guidelines must be adhered to:

1. All candidates must arrange for a mask, sanitizer, and drinking water before entering the examination center.
2. Candidates should maintain a safe distance from each other at all times in the examination center.
3. All instructions given by the examination personnel must be complied with.
4. Candidates should avoid crowding, maintain social distancing while using the restroom, and move in an orderly fashion.
5. Group gatherings and chatting are strictly prohibited in the examination center.
