This notice is to inform all concerned individuals about the establishment of an examination center for the Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical) Section Officer or equivalent post. The examination will be conducted under the Combined and Integrated (Open and Inclusive) system, as per Advertisement No. 16699-16705/079-80, issued by the Public Service Commission, Central Office.

The first stage of the written examination, which is the administrative aptitude test, will be held according to the pre-scheduled program approved by the Commission. The examination follows the Examination (Operation and Management) Standards, 2077, with amendments, in special cases of transition.

Important Instructions for Candidates:

1. Candidates must compulsorily present at the examination hall 1 hour before the scheduled time along with their admit card and a valid identity card with a photo issued by the government office.
2. Candidates will only be allowed to participate in the examination at the designated examination center.
3. Mobile phones, other electronic devices, and bags are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
4. Only pens or dot pens with black ink should be used during the examination.
5. Calculators cannot be used for objective multiple-choice questions.
6. Candidates will be allowed to leave the examination hall after submitting the answer sheet.
7. The examination will not be postponed unless prior notice is provided by the Commission.
8. Candidates must adhere to the health-related standards issued by the Government of Nepal.

Subjects to be followed by the examinees in the special case of transition, as per the Commission's Examination Conduct (Operation and Management) Standards, 2077 (with amendments).

Note:

• Candidates must bring their own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water before entering the examination center.
• Candidates must follow the instructions given by the assigned personnel throughout the examination process, including entering and leaving the examination center and using the restroom.
• Examinees infected with Covid-19 will be provided a special center. They should call one day before the exam date and provide their registration number and name to the contact numbers 036-420177 or 036-420757.
