Responsibilities.
• Design and continuously improve the user experience across our Shopify store — layouts, product pages, collections, and checkout flow
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new pages, features, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain a consistent, on-brand visual language across all digital touchpoints
• Design landing pages and campaign pages that are built to convert
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimised across devices
• Collaborate with the team to implement design updates directly within Shopify Digital Marketing & Paid Media
• Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across relevant digital platforms
• Create ad creatives — static, animated, or video-led — aligned with campaign objectives
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data — targeting, creatives, budgets, and bids
• Work closely with the marketing team to align paid efforts with broader campaign calendars
• Report on paid media performance clearly and consistently, drawing actionable insights
• Test and iterate on ad formats, messaging, and audiences to improve results over time Skills & Experience We Are Looking
For • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or digital marketing, ideally in an e-commerce context
• Hands-on experience working with Shopify — comfortable making design and content changes on the platform
• Strong visual design sensibility — you have a portfolio that demonstrates it
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools • Practical experience running and optimising paid media campaigns
• Solid understanding of UX principles — user flows,
conversion optimisation, usability
• Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign data and making decisions from it
• Attention to detail in design, copy, targeting, and performance metrics
• Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams without being micromanaged
